Body Back 8 Week Transformation $249 • 24 visits •

SESSIONS START YEAR ROUND, EVERY 8 WEEKS. Our next session starts the week of 5/13.

With each 8 week Transformation session, get Unlimited workouts and nutrition/accountability coaching!

Purchase of this Pass is for the soonest full 8 Week Transformation session, with Pass valid for 8 weeks after the session start date.

Fit4Baby $110 • 8 visits • Fit4Baby┬« is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. The class includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. Fit4Baby is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels. These classes are for moms only.

Join our Preview Session! The price is extra special to reflect that it's our launch of the program. We would absolutely love to have you join us!!!

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Classes expire at the end of the Preview Session

Body Back - Childcare Full Session (1 Child) $60 • 24 visits • 1-2 Childcare slot2 for applicable Body Back session. Childcare will be provided by Spilled Milk Nannies. Children must be a minimum of 4 months old.

Body Back Childcare - ONE CHILD single visit $4 • 1 visit • Sign up for childcare in applicable class times! Space is limited, and pre-registration is required.

Run Club 5K/10K $89 • 8 visits •

Have you always dreamed of crossing the finish line of a race, but aren't sure where to start? Are you unsure of how to get back into running after having a baby? Our Running Club is a great way to start! It is intended for all levels of experience and speeds - EVERYONE is welcome!

Each Run Club session provides the following:

  • A weekly training plan, that will periodize your training so you build up your mileage gradually, with a 5K, 10K, and half marathon option
  • Informative talks on running related subjects, such as: proper form; hydration/fuel; shoes; stretching; injury prevention
  • A private, closed Facebook group for all participants
  • Weekly Saturday group runs
  • Don't forget, kids in strollers are welcome!

Maternity Leave Pass - 10 Weeks $225 • 40 visits • Going back to work, and only have a limited amount of time left on your leave? Join us for 10 weeks of Unlimited Stroller classes! This pass is good for classes at Wallingford/Greenlake, Maple Leaf, and Volunteer Park. Maternity Leave Passes are also eligible for discounted Class Passes when finished, for those who want to continue on with us!

Maternity Leave Pass - 6 Weeks $150 • 25 visits • Going back to work, and only have a limited amount of time left on your leave? Join us for 6 weeks of Unlimited Stroller classes! This pass is good for classes at Wallingford/Greenlake, Maple Leaf, and Volunteer Park. Maternity Leave Passes are also eligible for discounted Class Passes when finished, for those who want to continue on with us!
